Donations;

At this time Home For Life Bird Sanctuary only accepts donations of bird food and toys and of course the donation of birds. Contact us on for the donation of any of these items on the Contact page and we will get back to you. Please note that we only accept the larger birds (amazon or larger) due to space limitations. It would be best if you would leave us a telephone number and the town you live in when you contact us. We can arrange for shipping of large quantities of items if needed. As for the donation of birds we ask that you contact us and tell us about the bird and where it is located. In many cases we can help in shipping the bird and will send a airline approved cage for you to ship it to us in. We do ask that you include a $100.00 fee with the donation. This is not a requirement rather a request. We will not turn any bird away for any reason. This $100.00 goes straight to the Vet as all birds that arrive here are given a multitude of test and quarantined for a period of 30. This is regardless of where they come from or who they come from. Now as for how we are self sufficient. Home For Life Bird Sanctuary owns or controls over 100 websites. On those websites we advertise different items. When someone interested in those items clicks on the link we are paid a commission based on the rate that the advertiser is willing to pay for that traffic. This is our only revenue source.
